Treasury
Held on-chain and operated as a community treasury. Token holders vote — with their wallets — on how funds are appropriated. A republic-style representative model is the aim, but the community always has final say.
- Only community wallets vote (founders, corp & project wallets excluded)
- Funds new game levels, character designers, tooling, live-ops
- Every proposal & vote settles transparently on Solana
Founders
The founding crew's allocation. Locked by a price-based release schedule — nothing unlocks until $CHIMP reaches a $100M market cap.
Ecosystem Rewards
Fuels the player economy — in-game rewards, quest payouts, seasonal airdrops, tournaments, and loyalty programs.
Community & Partners
Reserved for creators, content partners, KOLs, and third-party integrations that grow the Astroworld universe.
Liquidity
Listed on Raydium with on-chain liquidity backing every swap. This wallet holds the LP position address.
Corporation Reserve
Sustains the project across market cycles. Funds operations, payroll, infrastructure, legal, and growth.
Project operational wallets are also on-chain and verifiable.
Your wallet, your vote.
A community treasury is held on-chain for ecosystem growth. Holders vote, wallet-weighted, on how those funds are used.
Each proposal is decided by on-chain votes. More CHIMP in your wallet means more voting weight.
Founder, corporation, and project-controlled wallets cannot vote — only the broader community decides.
New game levels, tooling, designers, and live-ops are proposed publicly and settled on Solana.
Elected representatives may draft proposals, but the community always has the final say.
Voting is purely advisory governance over the community treasury. It does not grant ownership, control, or management rights in the Astrochimpz corporation. CHIMP is a utility and community token, not a corporate equity instrument.
How the ecosystem is funded.
Revenue is generated inside the in-game economy. This funds the corporation that builds, hosts, and operates the Astrochimpz gaming platform.
Goes to the community treasury and is governed by holder votes.
Funds development, hosting, operations, payroll, marketing, and profits.
The corporation does not distribute profits, dividends, or revenue to CHIMP holders.
Holding CHIMP does not represent ownership, equity, or a financial stake in the corporation.
CHIMP is a utility and community token. It is not a corporate security or investment contract.
The 2% corporate fee is used to operate, improve, and grow the gaming ecosystem. It does not entitle token holders to any claim on corporate income, assets, or governance. The 1% treasury contribution is community-directed, not a shareholder dividend. By using the game and participating in token mechanics, you acknowledge that CHIMP is not an ownership instrument in the Astrochimpz corporation.
